If your specified hotel(s) cannot be booked through one of our preferred program channels, we will direct / guide you to an alternative methods to complete the booking. 

We do not charge any booking fee for hotel bookings. When you book hotels with Out of Office Jetsetter, you’ll pay no more than the best flexible rate offered directly by the hotel. For participating hotels under Virtuoso network or respective preferred partner programs, you will also get additional exclusive offers & benefits to enjoy as part of your stay as listed under the Hotel Partners section. However, if your booking involves flights, destination activities, itinerary planning or escorted tours, a mutually agreed planning fee may be charged upfront.
